Characteristics of zirconia ceramic columns:
High hardness: The Mohs hardness of zirconia ceramic columns can reach about 8.5, very close to sapphire. It has strong resistance to abrasion and scratching, and is not prone to surface wear and scratches during long-term use. High strength and high toughness: Compared with other ceramic materials, zirconia ceramic columns have more prominent strength and toughness. They can withstand relatively large external impacts and pressures and are not easily fractured or broken. High temperature resistance: It has a high melting point, and the maximum service temperature can reach about 2400°C. It has good heat resistance and can still maintain good physical and chemical properties in high-temperature environments and can be used in high-temperature working conditions. Low thermal conductivity: It has a low thermal conductivity and is a good heat insulation material. It can effectively reduce heat transfer and can be applied in occasions with high heat insulation requirements. Low friction coefficient: The friction coefficient is small, and the friction generated when in contact with other objects is small. Good chemical stability: It has high chemical resistance and is highly resistant to chemical substances such as acids, alkalis, and salts and is not easily eroded by chemical substances. Good insulation: It is a good insulating material with excellent electrical insulation performance and can be used in electrical and electronic fields. High density: The density of zirconia ceramics is relatively high and the texture is fine. This makes its products have high precision and smoothness. After grinding and processing, the surface smoothness can reach more than ▽9 and is mirror-like.
