Description of Alumina Ceramic Parts
Aluminum oxide (Alumina) is widely used due to its versatility and cost-effectiveness compared to other advanced ceramics. Alumina offers high electrical insulation resistance, high-temperature endurance, strong hardness, wear resistance, and excellent chemical stability, making it ideal for high-temperature and chemical corrosion environments.
Our factory produces alumina in purities ranging from 75% to 99.8%. Every ceramic part we supply is dense, achieved through dry pressing, hot pressing, ceramic injection molding, and ISO pressing. For special applications, reducing friction, and increasing insulation, we offer secondary processes post-sintering, including CNC machining, polishing, glazing, and metalizing.
