The Description of Alumina Ceramic Parts
Aluminum oxide (Alumina) is extensively used due to its versatility and cost-effectiveness compared to other advanced ceramics. It offers high electrical insulation resistance, high-temperature resistance, superior hardness, wear resistance, and excellent chemical stability, making it ideal for enduring high temperatures and chemical corrosion.
Our factory produces a selection of alumina ranging from 75% to 99.8% purity. All ceramic parts are manufactured with a dense body using dry pressing, hot pressing, ceramic injection molding, and ISO pressing techniques. To cater to special applications, we offer secondary processes post-sintering, including CNC machining, polishing, glazing, and metalizing for reducing friction and enhancing insulation.
