Alumina provides high electrical insulation resistance, high-temperature resistance, exceptional hardness, wear resistance, and robust chemical stability, making it ideal for withstanding high temperatures and chemical corrosion.
Our factory produces a range of alumina purity levels from 75% to 99.8%. All ceramic parts are crafted with a dense body using dry pressing, hot pressing, ceramic injection molding, and ISO pressing. To meet special applications such as reducing friction and increasing insulation, we offer secondary processes post-sintering, including CNC machining, polishing, glazing, and metalizing.
We manufacture a diverse range of alumina ceramic products including ceramic tubes, rings, discs, rods, arms, and wire guides. Whether for prototypes or high-volume demands, we are confident in providing you with the optimal solution.
